Hey, I’m Ryan, a photographer who lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Originally from South Florida, growing up next to the Everglades National Park sparked my interest in wildlife and landscape photography as I learned to search local ecosystems with my camera to be able to share what beauty lies within. With a passion for being in the ocean, I’m always taking journeys out to coral reef ecosystems and surf breaks . Along the way, the inspiration for portrait photography was met by the opportunity to shoot a Quinceañera for a close friend’s sister.

As a professional meteorologist for NOAA’s National Weather Service whose duty is to protect the lives and properties of those living in Puerto Rico and the USVI, I dare you to ask me if it’s going to rain.
